The views are fine, especially from the terrace, perfect for taking pictures. The pool area is beautiful and provides a great spot to relax.
The location is not ideal, situated on a busy, winding road that's tough to navigate on foot, especially at night. Limited shuttle options to local attractions mean you're often left relying on taxis, which can be scarce and pricey. The traffic noise can be disruptive. The windows aren't fully soundproofed. Dining options nearby are very limited. You might find only an Irish pub within walking distance.

Beautiful hotel close to the main road, great room (Junior Suite), very clean, terrace with fantastic views over Naples Bay, nice garden with small swimming pool, helpful and kind staff. Free Parking. Good point of departure for the visit of Pompeii&Ercolano (35 minutes) and Sorrento (20 minutes).
Breakfast could have been better. Too close to the main road (although the rooms are soundproof enough).

Staff very helpful. Good car parking facility beside the hotel. Good dinner. Nice outside terrace with a sea view.
Hotel is poorly located along a busy road. We planned to stay for 6 nights but cancelled our reservation after the second night due to the: 1. very noisy main traffic road just below the hotel (below the windows) so we couldn't open the windows during the night 2. bad cappuccino and bread selection for breakfast. We had to pay a cancellation fee of 20% of the daily rate for the remaining nights that we had planned to stay. Breakfast with poor selection in general.

The sea view was fine, but the shuttle bus was super inconvenient.

Nice setting and a good restaurant with nice views over the bay of Naples. Good and attentive staff. Refreshing swimming pool in the garden.
Along the coastal highway with people driving like crazy (for which the hotel is of course not to blame - but the drive from the bay is not for the faint-hearted). Limited breakfast buffet but the view from the terrace makes up for it.

Really good hospitality and fine views
We were treated like family. The staff remembered our names and breakfast preferences. The views from the terrace are amazing, and the pool area is lovely and peaceful for unwinding. The breakfast spread was diverse, with fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order omelettes. Every meal was like a special experience, especially with the friendly bartenders who made great drinks.
We also noticed that it wasn't easy to walk anywhere from the hotel due to the narrow roads.

Excellent service and a pizza restaurant onsite. Stunning and great location in an area where parking can be tricky, walking distance to bars and restaurants. Situated only 1 km from Castello Giusso👍

Cleanliness and comfort, as well as the restaurant.
Location.......departed early so as to be in Sorrento. It may have been on oversight on my part, but when booking this room, I truly thought it was located in Sorrento.

The views from the terrace are amazing, and
The hotel provides easy access to nearby attractions with a free shuttle service. The noise from the busy road might make it harder to drift off to sleep at times.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. View from the hotel terrace to bay with Vesuvius is great. Rooms are small but nice with Airco and tv. There is a hotel minibus to drop you off at the nearby trainstation or which you can call in the afternoon/evening to bring you back to the hotel. From the Seiano trainstation it is easy to visit Naples or Sorrento. Parking lot and relaxing area with small swimmingpool available. Tip : when visiting isle of Capri you can return directly to the beach of Seiano with the boat where the hotel bus can pick you up in the evening.
Hotel is on a hill above the very busy and only road to Sorrento and outside of the village of Vico Equense . a lot of traffic jams can occur (don't try to leave on a Sunday evening as road can be completely blocked - so be careful as hotel minibus may be delayed !). Standard Room is a bit small. If you want room with view on the bay then be aware that these are just above the road and can be very noisy. Diner choice is a bit limited and not so cheap (menu 30 Eur) per person (but view from terrace is magnificent - sunset and Vesuvius so ok for 1 or 2 times, if you have car then drive to Vico Equense where you can find many good restaurants (best to park in new parking lot in centre- to the right on main square).
